Are there additonal activities planned for the weekend?
Answer
Fred and L'Tanya are generously hosting a welcome event at Sylvia’s the day before the wedding, so please come join us for some Soul Food in Harlem to kick off the festivities! See the Schedule page for more details. We otherwise hope all our guests will explore the city and spend their time any way they wish, whether that's grabbing a NY Slice, visiting a museum, or catching a Broadway show. The Mets will be in town for the weekend if you want to take a trip to Citi Field in Flushing (Queens).

Is there a hotel block?
Answer
We havent organised any hotel blocks, as many guests are travelling for different lengths of time from one night to one week! We are, however, able to provide recommendations on the best areas to stay! West Village - this is the neighborhood where our wedding venue is located. Times Square - big city and bright lights, the center of it all and centrally located. You can be in West Village in 10 minutes on the subway. Financial District - downtown Manhattan will offer a far more quiet environment. West Village is 15 minutes away on the subway. Do you have a wedding registry?
Answer
We haven't set up a traditional wedding registry, our biggest wish is for our family to be with us and witness our marriage. However, as we know we are incredibly loved, and some may still choose to honor us with a gift, we have set up a cash fund, available at the Registry section of this website, and will have a Wishing Well available at the event.
