We have arranged a Mercedes Benz Sprinter seating 12 guests to take guests to the resort. We are working with the resort to determine pick-up times should you want to take advantage of the complimentary transportation and book a flight that coordinates with the transportation. Each guest MUST book their transportation a minimum of two (2) weeks in advance. The reservation may be made via E-Mail to: Tourandtransfer@leblancsparesorts.com or through the following site: https://transfers.palaceresorts.com/ 1. After you pass through Immigration and Customs, please collect your luggage. 2. Do not stop with the agents offering hotel information and continue walking. 3. Leave through the glass doors that lead to the arrival area. 4. Bypass taxis service agents and car rentals kiosks. 5. Find Umbrella # 4 outside at the arrival area. Your Welcome Concierge will be waiting for you and can be identified with the Le Blanc signage, wearing black pants and a white long-sleeve shirt.
3:00 pm - 3:30 pm
The Le Blanc Resort check-in begins at 3:00pm. If you are arriving early, no worries! The Le Blanc will help assist you with your bags and allow any one to use the resort prior to their check-in time. When arriving at the Le Blanc, you will be greeted at the front entrance and will begin the check in process at the front lobby. You will be provided a Black VIP Member Band, which provides you VIP access to Diamond Member benefits. Each couple will be provided Resort Credits based on the amount of nights you will be staying. 3 Nights: $500 4 Nights: $750 5 Nights: $1,500 For any questions, please go to the 'THINGS TO DO' page, which provides a recommended list of some of our favorite resort credit experiences. Upon check-in, the Le Blanc will give you a quick tour of the resort, its amenities, and you will be introduced to your On-Site Butler.

Join us at Le Blanc fire bar for a welcome party, introducing you to the crew!
7:30 pm - 9:00 pm
Join us for dinner at the Le Blanc Oceans restaurant, overlooking the Sea of Cortez. The Oceans restaurant is located right next to the beach and is an outdoors venue.
8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Chris and Claudia will be hosting their bachelor and bachelorette day with each of the men and woman. Chris and Claudia will print out an agenda for the day of the events, and will hand out the agenda during the welcome party.
6:15 pm - 9:00 pm
At 6:00 P.M., guests should be ready for the Rehearsal Dinner (Chef's Dinner) at the Le Blanc Wind (which is underneath the arch). You may locate the Le Blanc Wind by walking out the doors closest to the coffee bar which is on Level 5. The venue states that the dinner dress is "Smart Casual. Please wear long pants or tailored shorts. Gentleman must wear shirts with sleeves. Beachwear, logo t-shirts, sportswear, loungewear, track suits, caps, flip flops, water shoes, sports trainers, and bare feet are NOT permitted." We have copied this language from the venue itself. We are not groom and bridezillas, jeans and polos are fine in our minds.
8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Family and friends, this is your day to enjoy all of the amenities offered at the resort!
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm
The wedding ceremony starts at 5:00 P.M. on the dot at the Le Blanc Wind (underneath the arch); Therefore, we recommend that guests take their seats by 4:45 P.M. at the latest. We will have complimentary champagne for our wedding guests. The ceremony should last at least 30 minutes, then we will have group photos.
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
The cocktail party will be held at the Le Blanc Wind. There will be an open bar and appetizers available during the cocktail hour. The featured drinks for the night include: 1. Mezcalita margarita 2. Tamarindo Mezcalita 3. Hibiscus mezcalita tajin rim
6:30 pm - 8:00 pm
We will be served a 3-course dinner. We will be holding first dance, mother-son dance, father-daughter dance, and speeches during this one and a half hour block of time.

Check out at the Le Blanc is any time prior to 12:00 P.M. Please proceed to the front lobby, where the receptionist will assist you with your check out needs.
