BEACH CLUB - there is a beach club with a pool + restaurant + beach access. Some rentals may come with access, otherwise there is a daily rate to use ammenities.

SURF
With 6 waves just on Playa Avellanas and private access to the beach breaks of Playa Langosta you don't even need to leave the ranch, but if you looking for more, the famous Playa Negra reef breaks are 10 minutes south + the river mouth/beach breaks of Tamarindo just 10 minutes north.
Avellanas beach has 6 surf breaks with varying breaks, restaurants, surf schools.
Surf spots - Estero, dead tree, Lolas, Little Hawaii (advanced spot in front of the beach club)
