Where do I stay?

Answer

The best options for stay are within Hacienda Pinilla community. To book, you can utilize the concierge info above and include your name, info, and how many guests will be staying with you and they will help coordinate a private rental or hotel room at the JW Marriott. If you choose to book a rental on you own, it is important to note that there are small private communities within hacienda pinilla, each with its own restrictions. It is important that before booking you confirm with the airbnb host: 1. Visitors are allowed at the villa. 2. Transportation providers (vans, shuttles, etc.) will be permitted to enter for event pick-ups and drop-offs. After confirming this + booking we ask that you send your info + booking address to our concierge email. They need this information for coordinating shuttle services for the wedding. Will I need a vehicle to get around?

Answer

YES! It is a private community but is very large. We recommend renting a golf cart (most rentals offer this as an add on) if you plan to stay inside the community. Will transportation be provided for events?

Answer

Due to limited parking at the Beach club, shuttle service will be provided to pick up guests from JW Marriott + rentals and bring them to the venue.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Outside of immediate family, we’ve decided to make these adults-only events so everyone can relax and celebrate with us! You are more than welcome to bring your kids for a vacation with you, we just ask that they not attend the planned wedding events.

Where can I eat?

Answer

Many of the airbnbs/rentals have concierges that will stock your groceries for you, and some even offer a small upcharge to make breakfast everyday + snacks until around lunch time. There is a Beach Club in Hacienda Pinilla that has a restaurant open for Breakfast and Lunch everyday (Dinner on fridays). There is also a JW Marriott in the Community that has 5 Restaurants, however, their availability to accommodate outside guests in their restaurants can change depending on the time of year. There is also a small grocery store on property with the basics. We will include restaurants as we learn about them!

What is the attire?

Each event has its own - but for the most part all events leading up to the wedding will be elevated casual! Think resort pool outfits, a nice dinner out, etc. Wedding will be Semi formal with midi + maxi dresses. Lets see everyone in your favorite tropical colors + prints and for guys your best linens + button downs! *pinterest link to come*

Can I come early/stay late?

Answer

SOO many of our guests are turning this weekend into a full vacation ending with the wedding! Most rentals are available for longer at this time, and our concierge can help with any extensions if you book directly with them. They can also help you book any activities, excursions, boats, fishing charters, massages, etc!
