Devote at least 2 hours for this place, gardens, art galleries, and even delicious bites!
I love this garden, not the manicured type, just natural. Find a grove and enjoy the shade. I recommend going in the afternoon or early in the day.
Aracely's favorite restaurant in Claremont. Great environment especially if you like dining al fresco. Chris and I had out first date here. The food is delicious, can't ever go wrong.
The best bakery in Claremont/sorrounding cities. Treat yourself to a cinnamon roll, danish, or tart in the morning. Or, if you stop by during lunch, grab a baguette sandwich. Takes me back to Spain every time! Don't be surprised if there's a line.
Chris loves the cookies here, they are decadent. Don't miss this place.
Need coffee? Go here.....it's owned by a young Latino. The coffee is great, it's where I go every Sunday before I walk to the farmers market.
If you're in town through Sunday, don't miss the market. You can buy delicious local pastries, fruit, or something savory. Make it a lunch at the park or stroll the Claremont Colleges.
Great pizza and Greek salad. The Gutierrez fam makes this their local Friday stop. And, Chris and Aracely had their first meeting here when they worked together. Yes, once upon a time Chris was Aracely's boss.
Always a good place for a burger. Chris' fav burger spot in Claremont!
The best creole food in Claremont. And be sure to grab a beignet or try the bread pudding.
One of the best mom & pop spots in the area. And be sure to get a glass of Kool-Aid to wash it all down!
