The dress code is formal. Women should wear floor, tea, or midi length dresses. Men should wear suits and ties in any color!
Buses will be available at both hotels for transport to the venue. Buses will arrive at each hotel at 3:30pm and will depart at 3:50pm for the venue. Buses will return to the hotels after the reception at 10:00pm.
Yes! There is parking at the venue. There is also a shuttle from the parking lot to the ceremony area and a shuttle back to the parking lot after the reception. If you need additional assistance, there is also a golf cart that can bring you closer to these areas.
Unfortunately due to the buffet style meal that will provided, we can not accommodate allergies. All food will be labeled to help guests avoid potential allergens. If you are vegetarian, please indicate on the RSVP page. If you are concerned about your allergy preventing you from enjoying the meal with us, please let Amanda or Chris know and we will see what we can do!
Beer, wine, cider, seltzer and 2 specialty cocktails will be available throughout cocktail hour and the reception. We will also have water, lemonade and tea. As for food, there will be passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour and a buffet for the reception.
As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the children at home so you can celebrate with us.
