When should I RSVP?

Answer

RSVP as soon as you’re able, but preferably by October 19th.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

This will be a fancy and festive affair! Suits and long dresses are preferred. No jeans or mini-dresses please.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guests may arrive at 5:15. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids but thought you might like a night off. Adults only please!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be an abundance of parking spaces available at Loose Mansion.

Will Uber/Lyft be available from the venue?

Answer

Yes! Uber and Lyft are prominent in the city. If you plan on a cocktail or two please consider using a ride share service to travel safely home.

I’m coming from out of town, what’s the weather like in November?

Answer

November is brisk and chilly! The current forecast is a high in the 30s and low in the 20s, but with no precipitation you won’t be trudging through ice or snow. We won’t be spending any time outside so you’ll be nice and cozy wearing formal attire indoors. When outdoors, a warm coat, a scarf, and a warm hat will keep you nice and cozy.

What COVID-19 precautions are you taking?

Answer

We take the health and safety of our guests and event staff very seriously. We request that all guests be vaccinated and boosted. Kansas City does not currently have a mask mandate; however, that may change. If so, we ask that you wear a mask during the event.
