IS TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED FROM THE HOTEL TO THE WEDDING VENUE?

Answer

**UPDATE: Masks are required on the buses** Yes, check out our Travel & Accommodations page for all the info you need. There is NO parking at the Grand Hall, so please do not drive. There will be space for distancing on the buses. Buses will pick up at 4PM from the Hampton Inn on the University Corner. The ride is approximately 30 minutes and the buses are air conditioned.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Black-Tie Optional. What does that mean? Guys: Tux? Perfect! Suit? That works too! Ladies: Long dresses? Awesome! Formal Cocktail Dresses? Sounds good!

CAN WE TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE CEREMONY?

We ask that you respect our "unplugged" policy for the Ceremony. We've hired one of the best photographers in the area and will be posting the professional photos. After the ceremony, feel free to take photos and videos!

WHAT COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS ARE YOU TAKING?

Answer

Great question! All staff members will be masked. Hand sanitizer will be very readily available. Our guest list is less than 50% of our venues capacity (thank goodness for a gigantic venue!). Tables will be spaced out and the number of guests per table has been reduced to 50%. Food will be served by staff and not handled by guests. If you have additional questions please reach out!

Mask requirements for Virginia are continuously changing, but regardless, if you feel most comfortable wearing a mask, please do so! Everyone’s comfort and safety is our #1 priority.
