If you are able to RSVP as soon as you receive the invitation that would be extremely helpful! We ask that you RSVP before October 15, 2025. If you chose to RSVP prior to our sending out of the invitations, we greatly appreciate it but you will receive a reminder to come back and elect your entree.

Dress to your comfort! The wedding party will be coming from the rehearsal dinner in cocktail attire but feel free to wear what makes you feel best. The welcome party will be both indoor and outdoor so please take note of the weather on that Friday.
Yes! Our hotel recommendations can be found under the "Travel" tab of our wedding website. If you receive a notification that the block is full please let Ashley or Craig know so they can work to extend the room block to accommodate everyone.
Guests may begin arriving at 4:30PM the day of the ceremony and arrive no later than 4:45PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00PM so please give yourself enough time to park and/or find your seat. If you wish to drive to the venue please let the guard at the gate know you are going to the clubhouse for the Chrabot-Pierce wedding. There will be valet provided for those guests that wish to drive.
We would love for you to get dressed up with us! We kindly encourage our guests to dress in black tie optional. For women, long formal dresses, and for men, full suits or tuxedos.
Although we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. This rule excludes the little ones in our bridal party who will be present for the ceremony. We hope you'll take this opportunity to enjoy a date night/weekend and we appreciate you making prior arrangements! If you decide to bring the entire family to Florida we have included a recommended babysitting service under the "Travel" section.
Although we would love to give everyone a plus one unfortunately our numbers are limited. If you received a plus one, it will be listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP through the website. We appreciate you understanding!
