Please plan to arrive between 4:30 PM - 4:45 PM. There will be transportation making rounds at both of the hotels beginning at 3:45 PM. The wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, weather permitting. Considering the time or year we encourage guests to bring jackets in the event it is cold.
