Anne is the bride’s oldest friend from childhood. They went to middle school and high school together and lived very close to each other in Jupiter Farms. They did almost everything together! Adele loved growing up with Anne, spending time at her parent’s church, writing, creating, playing, going to the beach and experiencing so many coming of age experiences together.
Gabrielle Steele

Gabrielle and Adele met in Palm Beach through her dad John Zin at a Rotary Club meeting. They were the youngest people there and went on a job hunt together in the hotel industry and worked together in Events & Catering (Gabrielle continued on to become a Director of Catering) at a boutique resort on Palm Beach Island! They enjoyed socializing, hospitality and drinking lots of wine!

Adele and Cat went to high school together (also with Anne) and later became roommates at the University of Florida. Adele met Catherine as a dancer in the arts program and would tag along to her dance rehearsals, was forced to watch Golden Girls after classes and also made to endure very intense and ear blasting singing to the radio on their long rides home to Jupiter from college. Catherine told her from Day 1 about her dreams to become a doctor and she made it come true by working so hard to complete her PhD program in Nutrition! Adele is so proud of her and was also honored to be a bridesmaid for her wedding.

Erika and Adele experienced a lot together having met each other while working at the UF Hilton as Adele was graduating from college. We socialized (partied) a lot, worked hard and also traveled to Brazil together! Erika continued on to run and own her own hotels and now runs a thriving business managing AirBnb rentals in the Catskills.

Adele met Keki while working at the Apple Store in Santa Monica. A store that sees thousands of people a day and has a hundred employees on its roster. In the midst of the constant movement and circulation of people, Keki also stood out with her bright smile and uplifting goddess energy. Keki does it all from shooting and editing film, acting, singing, rapping, event organizing. Adele was honored to be part of one of her powerful music videos of her women’s rap anthem, No Damsel in Distress! Keki and Adele also went on a notorious trip to Mexico with their other friend Kelsey and they narrowly escaped with their lives after the stove in the Airbnb they were staying literally exploded! Phew!

Jackie and Adele have been on quite a journey together. They met while preparing for a Filipino cultural performance where Adele danced traditional Filipino dance for the first time, studied martial arts together and enjoyed countless potlucks at the park together. Jackie is a highly talented and skilled graphic artist, designer and cook. Your mouth will be blown away whether she is making traditional Filipino or Chamorro food to tasting all the delicious notes in her specialty cookies like ube stuffed sugar cookies and so much more.
Cyn Freeman

Adele connected with Cyn through community healing events, many facilitated by her and her other filipina sisters of Babaelan Collective. Cyn lives nearest to her in El Sereno and Adele loves to spend time with her in the gardens and farms. Cyn is a landkeeper and farmer of the Sarvodaya Farm in Pomona. She is also a great mama to her fur babies and looks after the other doggies on her farm. Cyn also hails from Hawaii and is helping Adele with traditional lei making projects for the wedding!

Adele and Chona have been connected through community almost since Adele first moved to Los Angeles and received her Reiki I & II certifications with her but really deepened their friendship over the past year through working together at her healing space The Seeding Circle. Adele shares Soundbaths there while Chona leads Yoga. Chona inspires Adele so much in spiritual growth, self worth, friendship and business.
