Casual meet up to mix and mingle with everyone prior to the big day! No pressure to join us, but if you are in town, we would love to give a warm welcome to everyone! We will in the side room (right of the stage - ask for Chloe & Katie at the host stand!). Food and drink available for purchase.

Shuttle Pickup from Springhill Suites (Marriot)

The shuttles will pick up outside of the Springhill Suites (Marriot) Hotel. Even if you are not staying at the hotel, it is recommended that you park at the hotel (parking is free) and ride the shuttle to the venue as ubers/taxis are hard to reserve at the venue. Please be on time as the buses will not come back! We will also have an 'early' shuttle back (9:30pm) and an end of party shuttle available. *If you plan to DRIVE, please ensure you park at the far side of the parking lot when you enter the lot as to not disturb the scenery.
Ceremony & Reception

Cocktail Attire: Cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and suits or slacks. Please no jeans.
Guests are to arrive at 5pm at the venue. Ceremony begins at 5:30. Cocktail hour and reception to follow. *If you plan to DRIVE, please ensure you park at the far side of the parking lot when you enter the lot as to not disturb the scenery.
After Party

Please join us in continuing the party into the night and ringing in pride month! The shuttle buses will drop guests off at the after party and the hotel as they are in the same parking lot. Guests are welcome to come and go as they wish! Small bites provided, additional food and drink available for purchase.

Optional additional time to spend with the newly-weds at a local winery with live music! We have reserved a section of the winery for our group to come and go as they please. We will be here 11:30am-6:30pm. Food and drink available for purchase.
