Western Elegance attire. For women: Long dresses, skirts, jumpsuits. Boots and western-inspired accessories optional. (There will be some walking on grass and gravel.) For men: button-down shirts, dark jeans or dress pants. Sport coats, cowboy hats, boots, and buckles, optional. Arizona weather is notoriously unpredictable and November will be cool-to-cold in the evening. Please check the forecast and bring a sweater or jacket, if you think you'll need it.
There is a grass/dirt parking lot at the ranch. All cars must be off the property at the end of the event. (Cottonwood being a small town, Ubers can be hard to come by, but we will post information for taxi services.)
2:30-2:45 will allow time to park and find your seat. We expect the ceremony to start right on time at 3:00. This will allow time for the couple to take photos before sunset, while guests enjoy a cocktail and small bites.
If you are in staying in town for the weekend, we plan on setting up a place where we can gather for dinner Saturday night, if you'd like to - after you have a "make-your-own-adventure" Saturday! We will get that info out when we get closer to the wedding.
Due to space restrictions, please RSVP only for the people included on the invitation.
