This is a thermal spa about an hour away from Antigua. They have different packages that include the thermal pools, a massage, outdoor jacuzzi etc.
Hike Acatenango
This is one of the most popular things to do in Guatemala. It's 5,209 elevation gain to an active volcano. This is an overnight hike (so you stay at base camp) then watch the volcano erupt at the top. There are many companies that you can book this with. Beware of the elevation difference :-)
