The ceremony will be outdoors! It should be relatively shaded at 4:30PM, but please plan accordingly. After the ceremony, you are welcome to roam the gardens. Cocktail hour will be located in the reception space. There is an attached private patio that can be accessed all through cocktail hour and the reception. However, majority of the reception will be inside in the AC to cool us down as we bust it down on the dance floor :)
Arriving to the venue 15-20 minutes early will ensure you have time to take the short walk to the ceremony space, find a seat and get settled before it begins.
There is a free parking lot at our venue where your car can stay throughout the ceremony and reception!
Yes & no! Both events are at Fellow Riverside Gardens. Our ceremony will be outside at the Kidston Pavilion. Our reception is immediately to follow in the Rossi Auditorium which is a short walk and flight of stairs away.
Yes! We will have signature drinks, beer, seltzers, wine and soda for everyone to drink responsibly and celebrate along with us!
Yes! We want everyone to be able to fully celebrate with us. There is an elevator to the reception space. Please let us know if you need a wheelchair to assist you from the parking lot to the ceremony/reception!
