Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We booked a small block of rooms at the Oxford Suites Boise Once that is full, the Hampton Inn & Suites Boise is near that hotel and is also a good option and close to several activities, restaurants and easy to get other places. Our venue is in Nampa, about 25 minutes away, but these hotels are good options for closeness to the airport, access to the freeway (to drive to the venue and other places) and a good price point. There are plenty of hotels to choose from in the area! We recommend that people do not stay in Nampa itself, however, and stick to either Meridian or Boise when choosing a place to stay

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course! The taco bar will have vegetarian and gluten free options. We will do our best to accommodate other needs.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Attire is dressy casual. It is going to be very hot, so keep that in mind. We recommend lightweight fabrics, dresses, khakis, short sleeve button downs, etc.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your RSVP will indicate if you have been given a plus one. As is common these days, we had to limit our guest list, so please only bring the guests listed on your invitation.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yep! The venue has free parking available on site. There will be signs to direct people, but parking is across a wooden bridge and then people will take a left to drive back behind the venue itself on a grass/pebble driveway to a large grass parking space.
