Kindly RSVP as soon as you’re able so we can communicate with our vendors. Our firm RSVP date is 3/21/25. Please note that late RSVPs sadly may not be able to be accommodated as we need to provide final numbers to our vendors by then. We appreciate your prompt RSVP!
We recommend flying into DFW International Airport, most major airlines fly in here. If Southwest Airlines is your preferred airline, then Dallas Love Field Airport is another nearby option.
While our wedding reception will be held in little ol' Springtown, there are not many lodging options available in our town. We highly suggest staying in the historic Fort Worth area (about 35-45 minutes from Springtown) as there are plenty of options available including hotels or AirBnBs. Other options are Weatherford or Willow Park/Hudson Oaks that are all within about 30-40 minutes from Springtown. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you're unsure about the area or logistics!
We encourage Western Chic attire and ask that you to embrace your inner cowboy and cowgirl! Similar to a dress code for a Garden Party, think cocktail dresses, dress pants/sport coats or suits, with practical footwear. We kindly ask that you leave your jeans at home. This is an outdoor wedding, so boots and hats are encouraged! We are on a ranch — think lots of grass, dirt, gravel, and you guessed it...the occasional cow pie. If heels are more your vibe, we’d recommend a wedge or block heel. Above all, we want you to feel comfortable and free to have a great time, dance the night away, and maybe roam the grounds to say hi to the animals, if you’re keen!
Please arrive between 4:30 and 4:45pm prior to the ceremony starting at 5:00pm.
While we love and adore the little ones in our lives, we kindly request this be an adults-only party.
Yes! While a rental car would make for easier travel, ride share options are available from the airports to the DFW area. We will be arranging a van to pick up guests staying in Fort Worth on Saturday both to and from the wedding. Please note in your RSVP if you plan to utilize the van transportation so we can accommodate for the correct numbers.
While Texas weather can be unpredictable, springtime tends to be one of the best times of year temperature-wise. Generally temperatures can range from the 60s-80s with the occasional rainy or windy day. Our ceremony and reception will be outside and we will have a tent, but we'd suggest bringing a jacket just in case.
