Hike & Picnic in Ventura

We're planning a Thursday morning hike followed by a very chill picnic at the park. Our Plan A is Arroyo Verde Park in Ventura, which offers a moderate hike and a lovely picnic area. However, if 4th of July crowds fill up the space, we may find a Plan B. If you RSVP'd for this we'll keep you posted.
