Glencoe is without a doubt our favourite place in the entire world. The main road through the highlands cuts straight through it and it's magical.

These caves are famous for their hexagonal form, you can catch a boat out to explore them and even venture inside.
This is one of our favourite places ever - it's the largest lake in the UK at 24 miles long and completely stunning and serene.
The centre looks after the free-roaming reindeer herd in the mountains. You can see the herd with a tour guide at selected times of the day.
Personally, we love Glasgow more than any other Scottish city as it's so vibrant, quirky and has a real 'arty' vibe. We'd recommend visiting the Necropolis, mural trail, Kellingrove art gallery and cathedral.
Fort William is one of our favourite places that we have stayed on our road trips in Scotland. It's nestled underneath Ben Nevis and a great base for exploring the mountains.
The ruins of this castle have been completely reclaimed by plant-life and it's said to be haunted.
This is a really popular place to visit due to its fame but definitely worth a visit, especially during the Winter when it's quieter there. You can even ride the train over the viaduct.
This place is so strange and beautiful, it feels like an enchanted space with the cone-shaped hills, little waterfalls and pools.
We haven't had a chance to ride this mountain train yet but it's on the bucket list!
Pretty hard to reach but one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Scotland.
Another strange, natural wonder on the Isle of Skye which is popular in the warmer months but blissfully quiet off-season.
A must-visit if you are in Edinburgh - it's hidden Edinburgh's west end and a complete oasis of calm against the buzz of the city.
