Ceremony
1:30 pm - 2:00 pm
4211 Lower River Road, Livingston, KY
Please arrive by 1:00 to ensure time for parking and finding a seat. Give yourself plenty of time. Parking: If you plan to leave after the reception, please pull to the right and follow the signs. For campers, please pull to the left of the stage to select your campsite.
Reception & Dinner
2:00 pm - 5:30 pm
We ask that overnight campers set up campsites between 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm. We will be serving Apollo Craft Pizza and Red House BBQ from 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm, immediately following the ceremony. No waiting, but also no rush. Eat when you're hungry! We will begin with first dances and speeches at 4:00.
Live Music
5:30 pm - 7:15 pm
Hear Austin's band, The A/C Unit, followed by Austin's dad's band, Thick as Thieves. BOTH were nominated for "Best of Richmond 2025."
Camping
