Question

What time should I arrive to the venue?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. We ask that guests plan to arrive 30 minutes early to ensure that everyone is seated before the ceremony begins.

What should I do if I arrive after the ceremony has already begun?

Answer

We kindly ask that late guests wait to enter the venue until after the ceremony is over. Late guests should wait in their cars in the parking lot of the venue to prevent any distractions during the ceremony.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Guests can wear anything from Sunday best to Spring formal. We ask that guests refrain from wearing jeans, and for the ladies to avoid wearing the color white. Guests should try to wear spring colors if possible!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to the limited seating of our venue, we kindly ask that only the names of those listed on your invitation are invited to attend.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we love your little ones, if their names are not listed on your invitation, we kindly ask that they stay home for the evening.

Can we take pictures and videos?

Answer

Chloe and Anders have hired a very talented photography team to capture their beautiful ceremony. The ceremony will be an unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask that guests tuck away their phones and enjoy the moment! After the ceremony has ended, guests are free to capture any pictures and videos during the reception!

Can I bring my own alcohol or liquor to the venue since you're having a dry bar?

Answer

The contract that Chloe and Anders have signed with The Farm states that there is no outside alcohol permitted on property during our event. If any guests are seen with a flask or their own personal alcoholic beverage, The Farm staff will ask that guest to return the beverage to their car. We ask that every guest honors this rule to ensure our event does not end sooner than planned.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

The address to our venue is 215 Justice Ridge Rd, Candler, NC. Most guests will likely be coming down Justice Ridge Rd from the East (from Asheville). The Farm will be on your left. Turn at the first gate - the one with "The Farm" sign. Drive through the gate along the gravel path to a gravel parking lot. Parking is free and guests that require handicap accommodations have the option of riding on a golf cart to our ceremony site.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

We ask that all guests RSVP before April 16th. Guests can RSVP online through our wedding website by venturing over to the "RSVP" tab at the top of the page.

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are so thankful you will be joining us for our most special day! While gifts are not necessary, we have registered for a few items on our wedding website. To view our registry, venture over to the "Registry" tab at the top of the page.

If I'm traveling out of town and I'd like to stay in Asheville overnight, are there any hotels you'd recommend?

Answer

Yes! We have gathered a few hotel options listed on the "Travel" tab at the top of the page. The list includes some affordable options, one option close to the Asheville Regional Airport, and two options that are more for a luxurious overnight experience!
