There is a lot to do in La Jolla! It is part of an Ecological Reserve and because of which, has some of the clearest water in CA, allowing you to see up to 30’ below the surface on the best days. This makes for great snorkeling/diving if you want to partake. And the fact that the reef provides a natural barrier against sharks (aside from harmless Leopard Sharks) is all the better.
