Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We kindly ask that guests dress in semi-formal or dressy casual attire. Think sundresses, jumpsuits, dress shirts, slacks, or nice skirts. Jackets and ties are optional, and comfortable shoes are encouraged—especially since we’ll be celebrating outdoors!

Yes! We’re registered on Amazon, and we also have a cash fund option available through our Zola registry for anyone who prefers to gift that way. Thank you so much for your love and generosity—we’re so grateful!

Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We are making a few exceptions for older teens and immediate family, and ask that you reach out to us directly if you have any questions or special circumstances. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring a date?

We’re so excited to celebrate with all of our favorite people! Due to limited space and a set guest count, we’re only able to accommodate the individuals listed on your invitation. If you’re unsure or have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM, so we kindly ask guests to arrive by 2:45-3:00 PM to allow time for parking, finding your seat, and settling in before we begin.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

If you’re staying on-site in one of the cabins or treehouses at The Mohicans, you’re already at the venue—no transportation needed! However, if you’re staying at a hotel off-site, please note that transportation will not be provided, so plan accordingly with a designated driver or car service.

When should I RSVP by?

We kindly ask that you RSVP by April 20, 2026. This helps us finalize our headcount for the venue, food, and all the other special details. Thank you so much for responding on time!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Parking is available on-site at The Mohicans, just a short walk from the ceremony and reception area. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes for the walk, especially since the property is wooded and has some uneven terrain.

What lodging options are available for guests?

Answer

We’ve arranged a variety of lodging options to suit different preferences and needs. Guests can choose from on-site accommodations (available while they last), cozy cabins, an upscale lodge with hotel-style rooms, a charming bed-and-breakfast, or nearby Airbnb/Vrbo rentals. Should I bring cash?

Answer

Bringing cash is completely optional, and there’s no obligation to do so. However, we will be having a traditional dollar dance during the reception, so you’re welcome to bring a few small bills if you’d like to participate!
