Paths That Were Meant To Cross

Some stories just need a little time to unfold.

Some love stories start with sparks, ours began with house parties, mutual friends, and just the right timing. We’ve known each other for years. Our schools were rivals, not in a serious way, but enough to know we were on opposite sides of town. Through our mutual friends, we’d each heard the other’s name more times than we could count. But it wasn’t until a few years later that we really started connecting. We’d run into each other at house parties. And, funny enough, he’d always make sure I was invited. Little by little, we’d talk more, laugh more, and start building a friendship that felt easy and natural. The real turning point came in June 2019 during a group vacation. For the first time, we had days, not just minutes, to talk, to share stories, to just be around each other. That trip made it clear. This was something different. Something real. By July 20th, 2019, we knew what we had was special, and we made it official. What started as familiar names in familiar circles turned into our favorite story — the one that brought us here.

Chasing Dreams, Finding Home

Don’t let your dreams stay your dreams. Make them your reality.

Long before we were a “we,” we were dreamers. Trevor always had this vision…driving across the country in a Volkswagen, chasing sunsets in California, windows down, music up, and no set destination. Just freedom and the open road. Amanda, on the other hand, always questioned the blueprint everyone seemed to follow. Work hard, climb the ladder, wait until retirement to finally start living. She believed life was meant to be explored, not postponed. When we got together, our dreams started blending. After a few years, we found ourselves at that familiar crossroads. “What’s next?” Trevor talked about settling down, maybe a house with some land and starting a family. But Amanda gently reminded him of something important, the dream that lit him up back in college. That carefree, adventurous version of life. The one that didn’t have to wait. So, together, we decided to dream out loud and act on it. We started saving. Every paycheck, every side hustle, every small sacrifice added up. We didn’t just talk about what we wanted, we planned for it, worked for it, and built it step by step. And finally, we took the leap. We bought our first RV. That moment felt like the true beginning of something big, not just a road trip, but a life rooted in freedom, purpose, and the joy of chasing dreams together. We believe in building a life that feels like a story worth telling! One mile, one memory, one dream at a time.
