FAQs

Question

Are kids allowed at this wedding/reception?

Answer

The only children that are invited to this wedding/reception are those who have a family member in the wedding party or have been asked specifically by the bride or groom to be there.

Question

Will there be alcohol served or allowed at this wedding/reception?

Answer

NO! There will not be any alcohol served or allowed at this wedding/reception. Thank you for respecting the bride and grooms wishes and the event centers regulations agreed upon by NOT bringing your own. Pop, water and other non alcoholic drinks will be available.

Question

Is the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

YES! Isn't that convenient? We are working on planning exactly where and how ceremony space will be, but yes, you will not have to move your car until you are ready to leave after a great night of food, fun and dancing.

Question

Will there be a photobooth at the Reception?

Answer

Yes we encourage you to grab your spouse and/or friends and snap some pics with your cell phones and use the hash tag that will be provided so we can remember those that celebrated our special date with us. You can also snag our photographer for her to capture some group pics as well.

Question

Will there be a Bridal shower or a gift registry for the couple?

Answer

No. Due to the fact that the couple will be combining 2 households, typical wedding gifts will not be necessary. But the couple is looking to possibly buy a new home/property around the time of the wedding, that may need fixing up/remodeling, so home improvement store giftcards or finances would be helpful, but do not feel obligated.

Question

Will there be fun things to do during appitizer time and throughout the reception?

Answer

YES! Since the bride and groom enjoy playing games, there will be pool available to play for $0.75, outside yard games on the patio, tables and board/card games available in the room with the photo booth. A nice pond area to enjoy is just outside the reception hall. many of these options will be available throughout the reception especially for those who maybe aren't into dancing as much but want to enjoy time with family and friends, just be sure not to miss out on all the fun that will be announced from our dj.

Question

What type of music will be played at the reception and can we request songs?

Answer

We are working on our song list ideas currently and plan on having a wide range of songs from country, rock, Christian, pop and more. We also plan on including some of those fun get the whole gang on the dance floor group dancing songs. You will be welcome to suggest some songs that do not have any foul language or negative messages in them. Our dj will also have some songs that the bride and groom ask not to be played. Sorry yaw, No Hokey Pokey, Chicken Dance, YMCA and a few others. We look forward to having fun with family and friends on the dance floor.
