We can't wait to celebrate with you!

So I will try and make this as short as I can. I had know Chip and his late wife Cari for a long time. Actually went to youth group with Cari back when we were in High School. We lost touch over the years but reconnected a few years back, and I even did some Family Pictures for them. Unfortunately Cari had passed away unexpectedly spring of 2020. I had messaged Chip to give my condolences and check on him and his 3 teenage boys. We hung out some and Chip helped me work on some projects here at my house. Over time.and even while dating someone else, I started to realize I had developed feelings for Chip. So we started dating and the rest is history. Well another part of our story is when Chip told me he loved me, I wasn't ready to say it back at that time, and he understood it. But about a week later and after some time in prayer I felt I was ready to say it and give my heart to him. So we were walking along the tow path trail in Grand Rapids, Ohio, and sat on a bench along the river and I finally told him I loved him. We prayed and discussed marriage and got engaged at a Christmas dinner party with a few friends December 19th. He surprised me with a beautiful ring he had a jeweler friend custom make for me. So we were excited when the event center at Campfire RV Park in Grand Rapids was available for our date we were hoping for our wedding. Please pray for us all as it will be an adjustment for his boys, as they are still grieving the loss of their mother and as I will be adjusting to being a step mom to 3 teenage boys. We will be looking to find a property with some space out maybe in the country somewhere to fit all of us, and our pets (we both have a number for them). Let the adventure begin!
