Travel Note
Please note that Boulder (location of church ceremony) is over 5400 ft above sea level, and Thornton (Reception venue and recommended hotel location) is over 5300 ft above sea level. Some people develop mountain sickness or have difficulty breathing. While it is usually not severe, you should plan and prepare for this, and consult to your doctor/physician.
Flight
Flights: You can get a lot of direct (depending on your port of departure) or indirect flights to Denver. It is a large, international airport so most of the major airlines travel to and from here (Fun Fact: it is the largest airport in the United States by land mass). From the airport to the hotel, you have the following transportation options: Car Rental: You can rent a car through any of the major rental agencies, and once you have picked up your luggage, you will get on a designated shuttle for your preferred rental agency. The shuttles take you to the rental parking lot, which is typically about a 5 to 10 minute drive from the airport terminal (still in the airport though). Uber/Lyft: The airport is about 25 to 35 minutes from the recommended hotels (depending on traffic situation). You can commute with a ride share service, for a decent price. Airport Taxis: They are available, but we are unsure of the price range.
