FAQs

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses! We’re aiming for a stylish, elevated look that fits the occasion—think wedding-appropriate attire that’s dressy but not black-tie. Men can wear a suit and tie, and women might choose a cocktail dress, or a formal skirt and top. Please no jeans, sneakers, or casual wear—we want everyone looking and feeling their best as we celebrate together!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM, and we kindly ask that all guests arrive and are seated by 4:15 PM at the latest. This allows everything to run smoothly and ensures you don’t miss a moment of the celebration!

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The entire event will be indoors.

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

Yes—both self-parking and valet are available at the venue. However, complimentary transportation will also be provided from the hotel to the venue for your convenience.

Question

Is transportation provided?

Answer

Yes! Complimentary transportation will be provided to and from the venue. Wedding Party: Shuttle service will begin at 1:30 PM. Guests: Shuttles from the hotel to the venue will run between 3:00 PM and 4:30 PM. Return Service: Shuttles back to the hotel will begin at 9:00 PM and run continuously until midnight. We recommend arriving at the shuttle pickup point early to ensure a smooth and timely ride!

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please let us know when you RSVP, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Only guests who were specifically given a plus-one on their invitation may bring a guest. If your invitation doesn’t mention a plus-one, we kindly ask that you attend solo. If you are unsure please reach out to us directly.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We’ll have a full open bar for you to enjoy throughout the evening. We just ask that everyone celebrates responsibly—have fun, but please don’t overdo it. Let’s keep the night joyful, classy, and safe for all!
