Wedding Day Schedule

3:00 PM – 4:30 PM
Shuttle Service
Shuttles will be available to transport guests from the hotel to the venue.

4:15 PM
Guest Arrival & Seating
Please arrive and be seated by 4:15 PM to ensure the ceremony starts promptly at 4:30 PM.

4:30 PM – 5:00 PM
Ceremony
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. Please be on time to witness the special moment.

5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Cocktail Hour
Enjoy drinks and hors d’oeuvres while the newlyweds take their photos.

6:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Reception
Dinner will be served, followed by speeches, dancing, and plenty of fun!

9:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Shuttle Service (Return)
Shuttles will begin running from the venue back to the hotel at 9:00 PM and will run continuously until midnight.
