Chiara and Omar's adventure started in 2015 when they met at a Pentathlon World Cup in Rome. Omar was competing, and Chiara was refereeing during the same World Cup. Apparently, Chiara couldn't resist Omar's speedo look during the swimming event. Shortly after meeting each other, they started dating, and the more they knew each other, the more they were falling in love. Since they first looked at each others' eyes, not even the ocean separating them could keep them apart. Chiara followed Omar everywhere in the world, including in Rio de Janeiro, where Omar competed at the Olympic Games. Right after the Games, Omar proposed to Chiara, and shortly after, Chiara decided to move to the USA to start their journey together. The last seven years of their journey together have been full of emotion and beautiful moments, but it hasn't been easy. They encountered so many obstacles on the way. Nonetheless, they always overcame them, working together, and every time they overcame each of those obstacles, they realized how precious they were for each other. The truth is that love is hard, complicated, and requires work, but love is worth it. Because real love is the most powerful thing in the world, and there is nothing that can stop it, not even time, space, or... distance.
