When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We suggest arriving 2:45. Prelude begins at 2:45. Ceremony will begin around 3 pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. Parking is available and free for both locations.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal, wedding guest attire to the ceremony and reception!

Are face masks required at ceremony?

Answer

Masks for guests are recommended, but not required. The bride and groom as well as the bridal party will be excused from wearing a mask and have the option to wear one.

Masks for guests are recommended, but not required. The venue has gardens and large outdoor grounds wide enough to spread and enjoy.

What else will you be doing at the church to ensure safety and well-being?

Answer

Hand sanitizing stations will be present at the entrance of the doors as well as pews will be sanitized as well. There is enough space to spread out as well.

What time does cocktail hour and dinner begin?

Answer

Cocktail hour begins at around 5:15. Drinks and hors d'oeuvres will be be served. Enjoy the mariachi band and the butterfly garden! Dinner starts around 6:30.

What else will you be doing at the reception venue to ensure safety and well-being?

Answer

We will be working with our venue to group households together. We will also have areas outside where you can also enjoy. The reception venue has tons of outdoor areas to gather. We ask that you practice hygiene and the safety protocols in place to ensure your peace of mind. All vendors will be masked. We will also have hand sanitizing stations upon entrance and at the tables. Dinner will be served buffet style and will be handled by venue staff only. Staff will be practicing safety measures as well such as temperature checks, washing hands frequently, changing out serving utensils. Dancing will be fun and we will make sure of it! Just make sure you have a drink in hand.
