If traveling, we recommend staying in Park City, where you’ll find the widest selection of amenities, restaurants, and activities to enjoy throughout the weekend. For your convenience, shuttle service will be provided from Park City Main Street to our venue in Midway for the ceremony and reception, with return transportation after the celebration. There are many wonderful hotel options nearby, and we encourage you to book your accommodations at your earliest convenience.

Shuttle

Snow Country Limousine

May 16, 2026 2:45 pm - 3:00 pm

A complimentary shuttle will be provided between Park City and our venue in Midway for your convenience. Pre-Ceremony The shuttles will depart promptly at 3:00 PM from the Top of Main Brew Pub parking lot (250 Main St, Park City, UT 84060). Please plan to arrive by 2:45 PM to ensure you don’t miss the ride. Post-Reception Return shuttles will depart from Soldier Hollow Nordic Center at 10:30 PM. The band will make an announcement with instructions for shuttle loading at the end of the evening. The drop off location will be the same as the pick up; Top of Main Brew Pub (the after party location).

Uber/Lyft/Ride Share

There are plenty of options for ride share to the venue if guests prefer not to take the shuttle, or drive themselves. Note that a return ride share may be difficult post reception given the remote location of the venue.
