Is there a dress code?
Answer
The dress code is cocktail attire. Cocktail attire is polished yet festive. Think midi, knee-length, or long dresses for women, and suits or slacks with a dress shirt (tie optional) for men. Please note the ceremony will be on the grass; choose footwear accordingly.

Will I need an ID?
Answer
Yes, please have a valid drivers license or passport at all times. As of January 1st 2026 Utah law requires a valid ID of every individual in order to be served alcohol

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes, there is a complimentary shuttle for guests to utilize from Park City to Midway. Pre-Ceremony The shuttles will depart promptly at 3:00 PM from the Top of Main Brew Pub parking lot (250 Main St, Park City, UT 84060). Please plan to arrive by 2:45 PM to ensure you don’t miss the ride. Post-Reception Return shuttles will depart from Soldier Hollow Nordic Center at 10:30 PM. The band will make an announcement with instructions for shuttle loading at the end of the evening. The drop off location will be the same as the pick up; Top of Main Brew Pub (the after party location).

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, plenty of parking is available in front of the venue. Enter "Soldier Hollow Nordic Center" into your GPS, and once on site there will be signs for you to follow to get to the correct building (Sports Discovery Center).

What should I expect for weather?
Answer
Current forecasts for May 16th are showing a high of 77°F in Midway and 72°F in Park City, with evening lows dropping to 42°F and 39°F. While the daytime should be beautiful, mornings and evenings can be quite cool—so we recommend bringing a jacket or layering up to stay comfortable.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony start time of 4:00pm MST. If utilizing the shuttle from Park City, ensure you are at the specified location on time for departure.
