The hotel link says there are no more rooms available. What do we do?

Answer

We are only able to reserve 10 rooms at a time. Please us know there are no more and we will reserve more, update the site, and inform everyone that more rooms are available.

When should I book the hotel?

Answer

Our wedding weekend is also homecoming weekend in Richmond/Chester, meaning the rates will increase and availability will decrease. We recommend booking as soon as possible so we can provide as many guests with discounted rates as possible. Rooms must be booked by Sept., 10th at the latest.

What’s the dress code?

Answer

The wedding will be gothic, spooky, and fall vibes. We recommend dressing to be outside for a bit, but the reception will be indoors. Fall colors are encouraged! WHITE is fair game for all, but we request black is minimal.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love all the little ones in our lives, we prefer no children outside of our flower girl and ring bearer. We encourage all the moms and dads to enjoy a night out at the winery with us!
