We are so excited to have you all here to celebrate our special day! Please join us for drinks and light snacks so we can show our appreciation for you all coming. Shuttle will be provided from Civana beginning at 6:45pm If you would like to drive/Uber please mention that you are with the Grimmett event at the gate

Wedding Day!

4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Cocktail formal

Please arrive at Chiricahua Courtyard by 4:00pm for the wedding ceremony. To ensure all guests arrive to and from the venue safely, we will have shuttle buses running throughout the evening. The shuttle will pick up from the CIVANA resort (whether you are staying at the hotel or not) at 3:15pm. Desert Mountain is very dark at night and street signs are limited so we highly recommend every guest take advantage of the shuttle service. If you would like to drive/Uber, please enter through the Desert Mountain MAIN gate and mention that you are with the Grimmett wedding event at Chiricahua. Shuttle pickup from Civana at 3:15pm (there is only ONE pick up so please don’t be late!) Wedding ceremony begins at 4:00pm Cocktail hour begins at 4:30pm Reception begins at 5:30pm The shuttle service will run throughout the night to take guests back to the Civana resort.
