FAQs

Question

What is appropriate attire?

Answer

Ladies: Semi-formal in pastels & florals (baby pink, blue, ivory, etc.), please avoid green. Evenings may be cool — bring a light cover-up. Gentlemen: Dress pants with a polo or button-down shirt in light neutrals or pastels like blush, lavender, or soft blue. Overall: Dress appropriately for the church ceremony but ready to celebrate at the reception—flowy fabrics and soft colors photograph beautifully.

Question

Are plus-ones allowed?

Answer

If your invitation did not include a plus-one, it’s because we may not know the person personally—but we know you will have a wonderful time regardless! If you are hoping to bring someone, please ask us before the wedding, as seating and dinner arrangements are assigned.

Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

We love your little ones, but this will be a kids-free celebration. We hope everyone enjoys a fun night out, just for adults!

Question

What is the timeline between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

We encourage guests to explore Old Town Manassas, take photos, or stop by a bar during the break, but plan to arrive at the reception no earlier than 4:30 PM.

Question

What are the parking arrangements?

Answer

At the church: Ample on-site parking is available. At the reception: Guests may park on the street; however, we encourage using Uber services when possible for convenience and safety.

Question

May I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

To ensure everyone is fully present, we may have an unplugged ceremony. We will have a photographer and will share photos after our wedding.

Question

What should I bring?

Answer

Just your smiles and good vibes! Dinner, drinks, and dancing will be provided.
