When should I RSVP by?

August 1st, if you cannot mail the RSVP back you can do it through the Zola website or a simple text will do!

What precautions are you, vendors and the venue taking to prevent the spread of COVID-19 ?

Answer

Our venue to include the dance floor is outdoors and the owners require all tables for the reception be six feet apart and for guest to practice precautions and social distancing guidelines when possible. There will be masks available to guests to wear or you can bring your own if you make the decision to wear one. These masks will be placed at the entrance next to the programs. Members from the same household should attempt to sit together during the ceremony and reception. We have decided to not do a seating chart to assist with this. When getting food attempt to maintain social distancing in line. The caterer will be serving up the food for you. We are excited for this wedding and can’t wait to celebrate with all of you and dance the night away. The safety and health of our guests is extremely important to us. If you have any concerns or questions please reach out to me. We understand if you and your family make the decision not to attend due to health concerns 💙

Will there be an open bar ?

Answer

Of course…. It will fuel bad dance moves. Our bartender will be serving Blue Moon and Bud Light, White and Red Wine and a variety of hard seltzer’s. For other options we have lemonade, water, sparkling water, coke, Diet Coke and sprite. Feel free to BYOB if you want a certain brand. There is no hard alcohol allowed at the venue.

What kind of food are you serving ?

Answer

It will be a “I DO BBQ” with: -Smoked Beef Brisket -BBQ Chicken -Salad Bar -Corn -Beans -Hawaiian Mac Salad -Rolls If there is left overs we will have to go containers so you can take some home ☺️
