My very first friend from way back when I started school in Kailua. It all started with a wild game of tag in third grade, and somehow we’ve been stuck with each other ever since. Even though we usually had different friend groups he was always there for me. I give him a hard time (maybe too often), but he’s always been there for me through it all.

My best friend and better half since the seventh grade. From taking the bus to the beach after school to spending nearly every day together, we’ve shared countless memories over the years. Even as life took us in different directions for school, and seeing each other became less frequent, our friendship has remained just as strong. She’s been by my side through every high and low, constantly encouraging me to grow and become my best self. I truly couldn’t imagine this journey without her.
