Kindly RSVP through our website by clicking the RSVP tab & typing your name. All invited guests in your party will appear here to mark as “attending”.
Please RSVP by September 1st, 2025. Any RSVPs received after this date will be considered a decline. We need to submit our final guest count to the venue and catering servies, so your timely response is greatly appreciated.
As much as we would love for you to bring a plus one, due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you have received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. We truly appreciate your understanding and are so excited to celebrate with you!
Due to limited space, we will be having a private ceremony with only our immediate family. We wish we could invite everyone, but please refer to your invitation for details on which event you will be attending. We appreciate your understanding.
As much as we love your little ones, we’ve decided to have an adults-only celebration for our wedding. We hope you understand and are able to join us for a fun and memorable day.
We kindly ask that you arrive between 4:00 pm and 4:45 pm, as the wedding party will be arriving at around 5:00 pm for the grand entrance. Light pupus (appetizers) and cocktails will be served for you to enjoy during this time.
We’re happy to provide valet service to make your arrival at Hoʻokupu easy and stress-free—just pull up to the front roundabout and we’ll take care of the rest. If you’re staying nearby, we kindly encourage carpooling or using a rideshare service when possible, as parking is limited to around 80 cars. Thank you for helping us make space for everyone!
Our theme is minimalistic and simple elegance, with a focus on quality over quantity.
We would love to see our family and friends dressed for our special day while feeling comfortable! * Please note that some areas of the venue have uneven ground. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes and avoiding high heels for your safety. Ladies: Dressy Casual/ Aloha Attire Gentleman: Dressy Casual/Aloha Attire (aloha shirts and shorts are welcome)
Yes! Drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you! If you plan on enjoying the open bar, please make sure to arrange a safe ride home. Cheers and enjoy the celebration!
You will be missed! If you are unable to attend our wedding please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly.
