Where will the wedding take place?

Will there be a shuttle?
Answer
Yes, shuttles will be provided from the Hilton as the first pick up and the Comfort Inn and Suites will be the second pick up location. Be mindful that they will only be doing one pick up and there will be limited space, please plan accordingly. Your hotels will be aware of the shuttle times and your welcome bag will have a time for the specific pick up time. Shuttles are school busses with NO AIR CONDITIONING, just as an FYI. Please remember if you drive to the wedding you will need to drive home from the wedding. NO cars are permitted to stay at the venue over night.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive around 3:30 pm to allow for parking and grabbing a seat for the ceremony.

Is the ceremony and reception at the same location?
Answer
Yes, ceremony and reception will be at The Barn at Stoneybrooke.

Is there parking available?
Answer
Yes, parking is available for the duration of our wedding. NO CARS are allowed to stay overnight. ALL CARS must leave at the END OF THE WEDDING. Please plan accordingly for a designated driver or use the shuttles we provide.

Are kids invited?
Answer
No, while we love every single guest's children, we are asking that you please take this night to enjoy yourself and celebrate. Take the night off and find a sitter to allow yourself to be stress free!

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
No, plus ones will be listed on your invite if included. We would love to invite everyone but we are having a very intimate wedding with our closest friends and family.

I have dietary restrictions. Can you accommodate?
Answer
We ask that you fill out your meal card with the invitation and give us any restrictions. Unfortunately, we will not be able to supply individual meals for those with restrictions. We will have a chicken, a red meat, and a fish option. We hope this accommodates most.

Yes, but limited options.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Depending on the weather we have both indoor and outdoor ceremony options. Come prepared for outdoor as this will be a last minute change. Grass area for ceremony, for ladies with heals.
