Shuttle between 1684 Walden’s Creek Rd & Venue

September 18, 2021 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm

You are welcome to drive yourself to the venue. However, if you plan to drink, please use the shuttle service. If you are able, please arrive for an earlier shuttle to prevent backlog on the later shuttles. SHUTTLE SCHEDULE Shuttle #1 – M. Daugherty 3:40pm - EES Parking Lot – 10-14 guests 4:10pm - EES Parking Lot – 10-14 guests Shuttle #2 – B. Daugherty 3:00pm - EES Parking Lot – 10-14 guests 3:30pm - EES Parking Lot – 10-14 guests 4:00pm - EES Parking Lot – 10-14 guests We will have three shuttles onsite at the venue all evening to shuttle people back down to the EES Parking Lot. Expect Longer Travel Times

It's game day in Knoxville (12-4pm), and it's Rod Run weekend in Sevierville - we have been told to expect delays on the Sevierville strip. We hope this doesn't cause too much trouble for our guests, but please be sure to check day of travel times and plan accordingly. Thanks friends! We look forward to celebrating with you!

Uber is available in the area, but limited. And given it's "hotrod" weekend in Sevierville, it's likely to be less available. Don't bank on it. See details for our shuttle option left.

Hibernation Retreat

The bride's family and wedding party will be staying in Hibernation Station at the cabin Hibernation Retreat (15 minutes from venue). I've gone ahead and linked the website we used to get this cabin in case you want to try and stay in the same neighborhood. However, many of these are larger cabins, so this may not be ideal for a smaller group. In case you just want to search for a cabin nearby, the address is 1101 Woodland Trek Lane, Sevierville, TN 37876.
