Will there be parking at Meadow Creek Farm?

Answer

Yes, there will be ample parking on-site (parking is free). There will be shuttle services from the parking lot to the main property if needed, but the distance is walkable, too. If necessary, you are welcome to leave your car at Meadow Creek Farm overnight and pick it up Sunday morning.

Can I bring a date?

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

What's the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses (long or short), and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat. Please note the event is outdoors with mostly grassy terrain and some dirt roads.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Dearest friends and family – our wedding ceremony and reception is going to be an adults-only event (unless otherwise noted on your invitation) so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Both the ceremony and the reception will be at Meadow Creek Farm.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors. There will be tents set up on the property for dinner and dancing. If it rains, the ceremony will be held indoors, and the reception will still take place outdoors underneath tents.

What time should I arrive on Saturday?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm. We recommend you try to arrive about 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony, so that you have time to park and find a seat!

Are there hotel blocks for guests? Where should I stay?

Answer

Please see our "Travel" page for more detail. There are hotel blocks available at a select few hotels. All the hotels listed on our Travel page are within about 1 mile of each other, and about 15-20 minutes from the wedding venue. Most hotels at this time of year require a minimum stay of two to three nights.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

Please mail your RSVP back by August 24th, 2021! If you are attending the rehearsal dinner, please RSVP online by August 24th, 2021.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Yes, both food and drinks will be provided. We will offer appetizers and a buffet-style dinner which will include gluten-free and vegetarian options. There will be an open bar.

Will there be transportation provided from the hotels?

Answer

No. However, there will be ample parking on-site at Meadow Creek Farm, and you are more than welcome to leave your car there overnight on Saturday.
