FAQs

If you have any other questions other than what is here please reach out directly to one of us and we will try to answer them!
Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones (we really do!) but this is an adult only celebration. We hope you will understand our decision to make the wedding children-free, and take the opportunity to let your hair down and celebrate!

Question

If I attend, what are you doing to make sure we are all safe during the COVID-19 pandemic?

Answer

One of our main priorities is our guests health and safety, we do not take this lightly. We are continuously working with the venue as well as all the vendors to ensure that we are taking as much precaution as possible to make sure all of you remain healthy and safe, we will follow all CDC guidelines. We are planning on utilizing the outside as much as possible. If weather permits the ceremony, dinner and other festivities will be outside. Our invite list is a bit smaller compared to larger weddings so as of right now we are told by the venue that our count is good to go and we may move forward. If you don’t feel well or are having any Covid symptoms please stay home and take care of yourself. Also if you don’t feel comfortable we understand if you choose to decline the invite. As you all know by now this is a situation that continues to change; we will keep you all updated as we navigate through this.

Question

Are masks required?

Answer

No masks required at the wedding or in the venue. Do what you feel comfortable doing though...no judgment here!

Question

What other precautions are you planning to do leading up to the wedding?

Answer

By the time our wedding rolls around, we are hopeful everyone will have had the opportunity to get the vaccine if they so choose to do so. However on the other hand, things seem to change every 2 minutes so as of right now the bride and groom plan to quarantine as best as possible a week prior to the wedding. While we know that is not easy for everyone to do, we do ask if you plan to attend the wedding to be mindful of your activities a week prior to the wedding. Once again if you do not feel well, please stay home. We are all in this together!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP on this website by May 7th, 2021. Please follow all prompts.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony is to start at 4:30 pm so please arrive prior to that time. The doors to the venue will be open to you all around 4:00 pm. Feel free to grab a drink next door at CAMP bar before the ceremony if you are looking for something to do. They have a cute little outdoor space that is oh so cozy!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotel?

Answer

Please check out the Travel & Accommodations page for details.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is street parking but it is limited. We would recommend carpooling with close family and friends or grabbing an uber so you can enjoy the party!
