Since COVID-19 has created a world of uncertainty, we have been placing great emphasis on everyone's health and safety. We feel so blessed and grateful to be able to celebrate with you all in a safe way. Following CDC & NY state guidelines, as well as the thorough protocols put into place by our venue, we feel that our special day will be a comfortable celebration for all! ♥
Question

**Will testing be required to attend the wedding?

Answer

UPDATE!: As of May 2021, the NY state guidelines have changed. Testing results or proof of vaccination prior to our event is no longer mandatory. Despite this, we still want to prioritize everyone's health and wellbeing, as well as help all guests feel comfortable and safe. As we keep your health and safety in mind , we would love to encourage everyone to get tested if possible as our wedding day approaches. Additionally, our venue will continue to do everything possible to provide a safe environment which includes social distancing, required face masks, and temperature checks. *Will I have to wear a facemask?

Answer

Yes! Facemasks are required to be worn at our event whenever guests are not seated at a table. Facemasks may be removed at the table or during cocktail hour/dinnertime.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We truly love your kids, but we want our wedding to be your night off! Let's make this a date night!

Do I need to pre-select my meal for dinner?

Answer

We are honored to offer our wonderful guests a formal plated sit-down dinner at our reception! There's no need to reserve your meal ahead of time. Upon arriving to their table, each guest will find a dinner menu at their seat including a choice of one delicious chicken, beef, fish, or vegetarian meal. Our venue also caters to special diets so please let us know if you have any specific dietary needs

Is there a shuttle to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

YES! We have a reserved block of rooms at 2 different hotels (Hampton Inn & Suites & Red Roof Inn). Our venue will be providing complimentary shuttling to and from he venue for guests staying at these 2 hotels. Shuttles will begin transporting guests 30 mutes before our ceremony begins (5:30 PM), and will begin trips back to both hotels 1 hour before our reception ends( 10:00 PM). Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes! If not, then only one seat is reserved in your honor. If a guest is indicated on your invitation, you will be able to RSVP for yourself and your guest. Please click on the "RSVP" tab on the menu bar above for more information.

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Our ceremony will be followed by a formal reception, so we'd love to see you dress to impress..and don't forget to bring your dancing shoes!
