We're Getting Married!

Curious to see what the world had to offer, we both found ourselves signing up for a website called PlentyOfFish where we got the chance to meet new people. After having been online for only a few weeks, we came across each other's profiles and knew we had to meet! A few messages online each day turned into chatting through texts and our very first date. Bonding over music, tacos, and plenty of laughter led us to 3 more dates before we made it official! Although our love story was only just beginning, we both knew we were at the start of something special!

After planning a long-awaited vacation, Brandon and I decided to take our second trip together to the Dominican Republic. We had such an amazing time on our first trip visiting my family in Santo Domingo that we wanted to experience the adventure again. We arrived at a beautiful resort in Puerto Plata called Sunscape and knew we had arrived in paradise! On our second night, Brandon surprised me by telling me he had made reservations for dinner at one of the resort’s beautiful beachfront restaurants. When we arrived for dinner, we waited amongst a crowd of people waiting to be seated, which explains why I was pretty shocked when the waiter signaled for us to follow him through the crowd to our table. We walked through the restaurant, then out onto the beach until we reached a secluded table surrounded by candlelight. Little did I know, this moment would change our lives forever! Brandon got down on one knee and I immediately said YES! We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. -Steph♥

2020 was a difficult year to say the least! Due to the unprecedented circumstances brought on the the COVID-19 pandemic, we were faced with the difficult reality that our special day would have to take place at another time. Keeping all of you in mind, we realized that everyone's health and safety was the number one priority and began creating a new vision for what our special day would look like. Despite all of the uncertainty these times have brought, we are so grateful and overjoyed to have the opportunity to celebrate our love with you all this year! ♥
