Luis invited me into his office, where I explained the situation. He listened carefully and immediately started making calls to the medical team. Within minutes, he had scheduled a meeting with my family and the staff to address our concerns. When we all gathered in the meeting room, Luis sat at the head of the table and completely took charge of the conversation. His confidence, eloquence, and leadership left me in awe.
