As much as we would love to be able to accommodate everyone that would like to come and celebrate our elopement with us, our venue is limited to 50-55 people. If your invitation did not already come with a plus one, please let either Aaron or Cherokee know you would like one and we will do our best to accomadate!
We want this to be a full weekend long event where we can celebrate our love with all of our closest friends and family! Unfortunately, our venue has a limited number of bedrooms which will be reserved to those in the wedding party (bridal party, groomsmen, and parents of the couple). If you would like to bring an air mattress/sleeping bag and campout in the living room where there is ample space, just let us know! We would love for everyone to to spend the weekend with us!
Nope! This will be a completely sober event and we would like for our guests to be respectful of the bride and groom's wishes of keeping this an alcohol free event. Please reach out directly to the bride or groom if you have any questions about this.
Our event will be held in January which historically is a cold month for Idyllwild. Please be mindful of the colder weather and dress accordingly! We will have heaters, a fire pit, and fireplaces available to use. Guests have full access of the house, however, the majority of our event will be held outdoors on the patio.
We are encouraging guests to dress semi-formal! The wedding party and the Bride and Groom will be dressed in their wedding attire. No jeans please! Please be mindful of the weather and make sure to bring a warm jacket! Extra blankets will be available for our guests if needed.
Want to bring something for the event? Just let the Bride or Groom know what you would like to bring and we will be sure to take note of it. Please do not feel obligated to bring anything other than yourself! Food and drinks will be provided along with other goodies.
