Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.
This is a closed event for members of the wedding party only. This will be a time dedicated toward unwinding before the big day as well as for finalizing last minute details.
3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
There will be light bites in addition to mocktails! This will be a great time for guests to get to meet each other and get comfortable in the cabin! The viewing of the ceremony will follow immediately after the opening ceremony.
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
Guests will be assisted with grabbing a seat to view the ceremony. The Wedding Processional will begin toward the end of the video followed by the Bride and Groom to be introduced as Newlyweds!
4:30 pm - 8:00 pm

Dinner is served! Help yourself to dinner, buffet style. There will be games and dancing to fill the night in addition to the Cake Cutting Ceremony later in the evening. Guests are welcome to venture around the cabin and all throughout the upper and lower patio decks. Patio heaters will be on both decks as well as a Hot Cocoa/Coffee Bar to help keep you warm! Please feel free to venture around the garden outside and enjoy the crisp mountain air! Please be mindful of our neighbors when you are outside.
8:00 pm - 8:15 pm
As our reception comes to a close, guests are encouraged to decide whether or not they plan to stay the night with us. For guests who do not have local accommodations or who do not plan to return home, accommodations will be provided between the two Air BnBs (Treetop Terrace and Look Out Lodge).
