Explore Ferndale!

Ferndale is a special place for Colton and Cherise. Every year, we stay in or near the town and head down the Lost Coast Highway to go hunting for blacktail. We're so excited to have you come visit one of the best places on earth! The town is well known for its Victorian style buildings, dairy farms, and unique little shops lining Main Street, offering something to do for everyone. As a young girl, Cherise traveled here at least once a year with her family who is local to the coastal area. While Ferndale may not run the Clydesdale horse carriages anymore, the town is still alive with incredible history and architecture. Cherise tip: Farmer's Daughter (right on the Main Street) is my FAVORITE shop for Ferndale shirts, sweaters, candles, and other fun things.

Lost Coast Highway

From Ferndale, take Mattel Road. Note that this is a mildly windy, two lane road that should be driven with caution.

Fern Canyon is an incredible place to visit. When you're in this area you really can't go wrong with a little exploring!
