How do I get to the venue and what do I do when I arrive?

Answer

A shuttle will pick up guests at River Run Village around 4:00pm. A definite time will be provided with your welcome bags. Guests are to arrive at the base of Arapahoe Basin at 4:30pm. You will then take the ski lift (yessss!!!!) to Black Mountain Lodge.
